There have been a number of updates to modern award pay guides and minimum wages.

From 26 August 2025, the Right to Disconnect laws will extend to small business employers (those with fewer than 15 employees).

As previously advised in our earlier update, the Fair Work Commission has now confirmed changes to the high income threshold, effective from 1 July 2025.
