As a key member of our team, you will report to the Office Manager and Restoration Supervisor, providing essential restoration services to clients affected by water damage. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inspections and assessments of affected properties
- Executing drying processes and restoration tasks, including carpet cleaning and re-laying
- Preparing detailed reports for our clients and insurance companies
- Collaborating with office staff and clients to ensure exceptional service
- Traveling throughout Adelaide (work vehicle provided) during regular business hours, with opportunities for additional on-call hours for emergency situations
To thrive in this role, you should be a proactive, quick learner with a keen eye for detail.
- Attend water damage restoration and mould remediation jobs, delivering outstanding service to those in need
- Perform all aspects of mitigation and restoration work, including equipment setup and monitoring
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients
- Complete all necessary documentation, including electronic reports
- Work primarily between 7 am and 3 pm, Monday to Friday, with additional on-call opportunities available
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A kind, honest demeanor with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license
- White Card, IICRC qualification, or trade experience is a plus but not required
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
