Master Builders SA is on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Training Administrator to join our passionate team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting training delivery and mental health initiatives, this role could be a perfect fit.
🔧 About the Role
This is a full-time position reporting to the Training & Governance Manager. You’ll provide vital administrative support to our training programs and play a key role in the coordination of our RISE Mental Health Support Program.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Coordinating training sessions and workshops
Managing bookings, calendars, and participant communication
Supporting the RISE program – including scheduling, admin, and data tracking
Maintaining training records and compliance documentation
Issuing completion certificates and digitising historical records
Managing department inboxes and stakeholder queries
✅ What You’ll Bring
Strong admin and customer service experience (construction industry highly regarded)
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and database systems
Friendly and professional communication style
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Knowledge of compliance or governance in training
Experience with basic financial tracking or resource coordination
