Enable College is a leading provider of vocational education in South Australia, known for delivering high-quality, student-focused training. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer and Assessor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) to join our dedicated team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in developing future early childhood professionals, while contributing to the quality and integrity of vocational education across the state.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Deliver engaging, industry-aligned training to students undertaking ECEC qualifications.

  • Facilitate both practical and theoretical assessment activities to monitor student competency.

  • Contribute to the design and review of training materials that reflect current sector expectations.

  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

  • Provide mentoring and career guidance to aspiring early childhood educators.

  • Stay connected to sector developments to ensure relevance and innovation in your delivery.

 

What You Bring

 

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

  • Recent and relevant industry experience in early childhood education.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A genuine passion for training, learning, and helping others achieve their goals.
