Early Childhood Education and Care Trainer and Assessor

As an Early Childhood Education and Care Trainer, you will:

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for students pursuing qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through practical and theoretical assessments.
• Contribute to the development and review of training materials and resources, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment that supports student success.
• Stay updated on industry trends to deliver forward-thinking training programs.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to students to help them achieve their career goals.
   

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Proven industry experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for education and the ability to inspire future professionals.
