The Fair Work Statement must be given to all new employees before they start employment, or as soon as practicable after they start – make sure you have the right version on file.

The Fair Work Information Statement has been updated to refer to the new entitlement to Paid Family & Domestic Violence Leave that came into effect early February 2023.
