We are seeking an experienced Telemarketer/Appointment Setter with at least 2 years’ experience in an outbound role generating and qualifying leads and booking customer appointments.

  • To source and qualify leads for our state-based Sales and Operation Managers
  • Proactively cultivate sales opportunities through outbound calls.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with client decision makers and stakeholders
  • Establish client lists
  • Translate calls to appointments
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Outbound lead generation/cold calling experience
  • Excellent phone manner and a friendly consultative disposition
  • The ability to establish rapport with business decision makers and book appointments
  • A high level of motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • Good organisational skills and record-keeping 
  • Desire to exceed all KPI’s
  • Team player attributes

This role can develop and grow with you as you meet and exceed your targets. 

 

Your excellent and positive telephone manner and sales expertise, together with strong communication and organizational skills will see you succeed in this role. Additionally, your ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapid change while working autonomously and collaboratively will add further to your success.

 

Hours: Monday – Thursday 09.00 – 15.00.
