As a Support Worker with Campability SA, you’ll play a hands-on role in empowering our participants to build confidence, develop independence, and connect with others—all while having a whole lot of fun! Whether that’s helping someone build daily living skills, engage in social and community life, or work towards their personal goals. You’ll be part of creating meaningful, safe, and empowering experiences that support individuals to live with independence, dignity, and choice.

✨ Who We’re Looking For:
People with a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability), Community Services, or similar—no previous industry experience required.
Those experienced or new to the sector who are passionate about building a career in disability support.
Strong communicators who can build rapport and connect with participants of all backgrounds.
Team players with a caring, reliable, and proactive approach.

âś…Â Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Police Clearance.
Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
SA Driver’s Licence (Full).
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (completed or willing to complete).
Willingness to attend training, camps, and multi-day programs.
