About Kindred Support Coordination
At Kindred Support Coordination, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services to individuals living with disabilities across South Australia. We specialise in Specialist Support Coordination, Support Coordination, and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, with a focus on empowering our clients to maximise their NDIS funding and live their lives with independence. Our values—respect, inclusivity, and collaboration—are the foundation of everything we do, and we are committed to providing compassionate, people-centred services that truly make a difference.
Primary Purpose of the Position
As a Specialist Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals with disabilities to navigate the NDIS system, ensuring they make the most of their funding. There may be a need to support some participants who do not have specialist funding, as directed. You will collaborate with clients, families, and service providers to set goals, connect with appropriate services, and create comprehensive plans that meet the individual’s needs and aspirations. You will be an advocate and guide, helping participants access the services they need for a better quality of life while promoting self-advocacy and independence.
There is the option for work to be full-time or part-time, depending on the successful candidate’s preference. We are looking for someone to fill between 1.0 FTE and a minimum of 0.8 FTE.
