- Qualifications: Certificate IV (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven ability to lead teams in a care setting with a focus on person-centered support.
- Passion: A strong commitment to empowering individuals and fostering inclusion.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of trauma-informed care, cultural competence, and disability support principles.
- Credentials: A current Working with Children Check and other relevant clearances.
