What You’ll Bring to BoraCare
You are a compassionate leader with a deep understanding of trauma-informed care and cultural competence. With at least four years of experience in child and youth services, including leadership roles, you have the skills to inspire and support others. You’re a natural communicator, highly organized, and committed to the well-being of both your team and the children in your care.
