  • Managing office administration, telephone inquiries, and credit control.
  • Using Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Opportunities for cross-training in other areas of the business, including claims and sales.
  • This is a permanent, full-time position (part-time options are available).
  • While no prior insurance experience is required, call centre or customer service experience is highly valued.
  • Experience in administration, claims management, and marketing is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the General Insurance, Financial Services, and Legal Industry is a plus.
