  • Lead clients through the property settlement process with expert advice, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
  • Prepare and meticulously review critical conveyancing documents, including Contracts of Sale and Form 1 Vendor Statements.
  • Oversee conveyancing files from inception to completion, whether commercial, residential, or off-the-plan, with precision and efficiency.
  • Utilise the PEXA platform to execute timely online settlements, staying at the forefront of industry practices.
  • Engage with clients, financial institutions, government bodies and other third parties to manage every aspect of the settlement process.
  • Keep your expertise current and relevant through ongoing professional development.
  • A minimum of 3 years in conveyancing with a deep understanding of the necessary documents and procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage complex files effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficient in using the PEXA platform and Microsoft Office Suites to streamline your workflow.
  • A natural communicator who can build strong client relationships with ease.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently to meet KPIs.
  • Quick on your feet with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Approachable, resourceful, and ready to support your colleagues.
  • You have a current National Police Check and South Australian Driver’s License.
