Our client is seeking a visionary Recruitment Manager to lead a pilot program aimed at revolutionising how skilled migrants connect with employers.   • Innovative Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement forward-thinking recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from across the globe, aligning with the program’s goals and the unique demands of South Australia’s thriving construction industry.
  • Global Talent Sourcing: Tap into both onshore and offshore skilled migration programs, leveraging digital platforms, social media, and professional networks to source the best talent. Ensure each candidate is not only highly qualified but also culturally aligned with their new Australian environment.
  • Seamless Visa Processing: Coordinate with immigration authorities to expedite visa applications, ensuring a smooth transition for skilled migrants into their new roles.
  • Comprehensive Settlement Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to offer exceptional support, from cultural orientation to skill gap training and housing assistance, ensuring new arrivals are well-prepared for success.
  • Impactful Program Analysis: Monitor the program’s success in addressing skill shortages and driving industry growth. Use recruitment data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Dynamic Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with industry associations, government bodies, and community groups, ensuring the program’s success through strategic partnerships.
  • Advocacy and Influence: Represent our client at industry events and forums, advocating for progressive policies that support skilled migration and propel the construction industry forward.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of recruitment or HR management experience, with a strong background in international or multinational settings being advantageous.
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and skilled migration processes (preferred).
  • Proven success in securing top talent in a competitive labour market.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in the construction industry or related fields is a bonus.

  • Proficiency in recruitment software and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage.
