What You’ll Do

As our Project Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring projects are well-organised and on track. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Programming & Scheduling: Use Microsoft Project to create and maintain project schedules and support the programming of trades.
  • Estimating & Tendering Support: Assist the Estimator with tenders, gather supplier and subcontractor quotes, and maintain the Estimate One database.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to project teams, organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure documentation is accurate and accessible.
  • Document Control: Set up and maintain project folder structures, ensuring all documentation complies with company standards.
  • Project Management Software: Assist in building and managing projects within our project management software.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a project administration role, ideally within the construction or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and familiarity with estimating and tendering processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with project management software setup and maintenance.
