Full-Time | Construction & Project Administration 

Join a growing construction company based in Keswick, SA. We are looking for a Project Administrator / Systems Support Coordinator to support our operations, improve efficiencies, and enhance compliance across our projects. This is a key role that blends project administration, system development, and process optimisation. 

 

About the Role 

In this dynamic position, you will: 

  • Manage procurement processes, including generating purchase and work orders. 

  • Ensure subcontractor compliance, including insurances and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS). 

  • Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and document management. 

  • Assist with project tracking in Microsoft Project. 

  • Support estimators by entering data and liaising with trades for quotations. 

  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement streamlined business processes. 

  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for enhanced workflow and project delivery. 

     

What We Are Looking For 

To excel in this role, you will need: 

  • 1–3 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or system/process improvement. 

  • Knowledge of subcontractor compliance and procurement processes. 

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, construction management software, and MS Office Suite. 

  • A solutions-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and implement system improvements. 

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. 

Experience in process mapping, business efficiency improvements, or system development will be highly regarded.
