Part-Time Opportunity | Flexible 0.5 – 0.8 FTE

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and organised Program & Rostering Coordinator to join a growing NDIS provider.

This role is ideal for somebody who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about supporting quality service delivery through effective workforce coordination.

About the Role

You will play a key role in coordinating staff rosters and supporting operational workforce requirements across disability support services. The position works closely with support staff, participants, and leadership to ensure continuity of care and efficient service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous rostering or scheduling experience (essential)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capability

  • A collaborative and professional approach

  • Experience in the NDIS sector using ShiftCare or similar care rostering systems will be highly regarded, although training will be provided.
