HC Truck & Trailer Driver – Tipper Experience Essential

We’re seeking an experienced and safety-conscious HC Truck & Trailer Driver with tipper experience to join our growing transport/construction business based in Newton, SA. This full-time, permanent role is perfect for a reliable operator who takes pride in delivering quality service and maintaining a strong safety record.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating BRAND NEW HC truck and trailer (tipper) combinations as part of our modern fleet

• Transporting materials such as quarry rubble, sand, soil, and concrete across metro and regional SA

• Conducting daily pre-start safety checks and maintaining accurate logbooks

• Following safety procedures and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements

• Communicating professionally with clients and site personnel

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid South Australian HC licence

• SA White Card (Construction Induction)

• Minimum 2 years’ tipper driving experience

• Good working knowledge of Adelaide roads and quarry/waste transfer sites

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and punctuality

• Own reliable transport to and from the depot

Desirable (but not essential):

• Chain of Responsibility (CoR) training

• Load restraint experience

• Basic mechanical knowledge
