We produce millions of quality plants annually for home gardeners, supplying major retail garden centres across South Australia and the Northern Territory, as well as the local horticultural industry. About the Role

As a Grower, you’ll play a hands-on role as part of the growing team, working to ensure the health and quality of plants across our 10-acre property. This is a physically demanding role requiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual. 

Key Tasks

  • Monitoring plant health
  • Watering and applying fertilisers
  • Managing pests and diseases
  • Moving stock
  • Spraying chemicals
  • Maintaining hygienic growing areas

We grow millions of plants annually—many from seed at our facility—making this an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about large-scale plant production in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for growing plants
  • Horticultural training or experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality
  • Assertiveness and problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiasm for hands-on, physically demanding work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resilience to work in challenging conditions, such as heat
  • A hunger to learn quickly and grow within the role
  • Physical fitness, suitable for the demands of the job

 

No formal qualifications are required; however, previous experience or training in horticulture is advantageous.
