Master Builders SA is seeking a confident, organised and service-driven professional to join our team as Front Office & Membership Administrator.
As the first point of contact for members, apprentices, students and visitors, this role is central to how our organisation is experienced. You will set the tone — delivering a professional, responsive, and welcoming environment while ensuring front office and membership administration runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
This is more than a reception role. It requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities in a busy, people-focused environment.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll support the Membership Team and wider Master Builders SA departments by ensuring smooth communication, accurate data management and positive interactions with members, apprentices and stakeholders.
You’ll be the person who keeps things moving — from greeting visitors, answering enquiries and updating CRM records, to helping prepare training rooms and supporting our membership and training teams.
Key Responsibilities
Be the friendly frontline contact for members, visitors, apprentices and stakeholders
Manage and update member records to ensure CRM data integrity
Support membership processes including issuing certificates, confirmations and renewals
Raise and manage CRM cases and dashboard tasks
Set up new members on the online portal (Master Suite)
Coordinate product deliveries from the Master Builders SA online store
Direct enquiries for new apprentices and host employers
Meet and greet students attending Master Builders SA training
Issue replacement White Cards
Prepare classrooms, meeting rooms and membership lounge
Assist with the set-up and pack-down of events and key meetings
Provide admin support to other departments as needed
Daily restocking and basic upkeep of coffee machines and staff kitchen
About You
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organised and eager to learn — someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
You will bring:
Minimum 2 years in a front facing reception/admin role
Strong phone and email communication skills
Experience with CRM or customer databases
High-Level time-management and attention to detail
Ability to take ownership of a task from start to finish
Solid Microsoft Office capability
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
A positive, professional attitude and the resilience to manage competing priorities
Desirable:
Qualifications in Business Administration
Experience with VETtrak or similar systems
