Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the day-to-day financial direction of the business with a focus on producing financial information for internal and external reporting requirements.

  • As Finance Manager you will have exceptional analytical and decision-making skills coupled with technical competencies and a passion to deliver exceptional professional results. 

    At least 3 years’ experience in finance with significant knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel will provide the skills to succeed in this role.

    CPA qualified, you will lead and manage the company’s financial performance during the exciting growth phase planned for the business. 

  • Manage day to day operations of the Finance team ensuring weekly payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and reporting is timely and accurate
  • Financial Accounting and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all taxation, legislative and governance requirements
  • Budget preparation and cash flow forecasting
  • Analysis and interpretation of the operating results
  • Preparation and presentation of management accounts and analysis of results to Senior Management
  • Providing support to the CFO and maintaining effective working relationships with other Senior Managers
  • Lead and develop the accounting team managing work allocation, problem resolution and building of an effective team dynamic
  •  
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting (essential)
  • Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (essential)
  • Tertiary Qualification in leadership or management (desired).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and able to pick up practices quickly
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Have a focus on innovation and continuous improvements strategies
  • Team player who thrives on working with others to maximise performance
  • Be reliable and trustworthy with confidential information.
