Experienced Carpenter

JS Build is looking for a talented and motivated carpenter to join our growing residential construction team.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, wants a variety of hands-on work, and is ready to step into a leadership path as our company continues to expand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working across a range of residential projects, including new home builds, renovations, and detailed custom work

• Applying your carpentry skills to all facets of Residential construction

• Collaborating with a team of skilled tradespeople to deliver top-quality results

• Supporting and mentoring apprentices or junior team members

• Contributing to a positive and productive site culture

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience (post apprenticeship) in residential carpentry

• A well-rounded skill set with demonstrated competence in all areas of domestic building

• Someone who is self-driven, reliable, and takes initiative on-site

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A commitment to safety and quality workmanship

• Own tools and a reliable vehicle

• Ability to supervise or mentor others is a plus
