Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the star of our front-line team, guiding clients through their flooring and window furnishing journeys. You’ll:

• Deliver Amazing Service – Be the friendly face that clients trust!
• Assist with Design – Help clients pick perfect colours and styles.
• Measure & Quote – Take the project beyond the showroom with on-site measuring and quoting.
• Build Relationships – Create lasting connections and network like a pro.
• Showcase Products – Set up eye-catching displays and keep our showroom looking sharp.
• Hit Your Targets – Meet and exceed sales KPIs while having fun!

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organised & Energetic – A self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• A People Person – Outgoing and great at connecting with clients.
• Sales Savvy- Experienced in retail with a proven track record of smashing KPIs.
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with computers and sales software.
• A Team Player – Enjoys working closely with a small, dedicated team.
• Passionate About Design – Knowledge or eagerness to learn window furnishings and a flair for interior design is a plus!
