Part-time role open for an enthusiastic individual to join the team today!

  • Handle incoming calls from customers, organise bookings, and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist franchisees with their queries, providing support and necessary information.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling services and making referrals to other offerings where appropriate.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to telemarketing and customer interactions.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and customer details.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an inbound telemarketing role.
  • Demonstrated stand-out customer service skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and contribute as a team player.
  • Possess good time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for record-keeping purposes.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, is desirable.
  • Able to work rostered shifts between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday, including non-national public holidays.
  • Part-time role with potential for full-time
