Location: Keswick office & project sites

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator to join our team and support the delivery of commercial building projects. This role is responsible for the effective administration and management of project contracts from award through to final account, ensuring compliance, cost control, and accurate documentation.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Construction Supervisors to support successful project outcomes across safety, quality, time, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer head contracts, subcontractor agreements, consultant agreements, and supplier contracts

  • Review and maintain contract documentation, registers, and correspondence

  • Prepare and submit variation claims, assess subcontractor claims, and assist with progress claims

  • Support project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting

  • Coordinate subcontractor engagement and compliance requirements

  • Provide commercial and contractual support to project teams

  • Maintain documentation in construction management systems (e.g., Aroflo, SiteBook)

  • Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and ISO requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Sound understanding of construction contracts and commercial principles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders

  • Police Clearance and White Card (essential)

  • Experience in contract administration within the construction industry (desirable)

  • Familiarity with construction management software (desirable)
