Maintenance Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Address maintenance needs, including general repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inventory management.

 

Cleaner Responsibilities:
• Perform routine cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, participant rooms, and restrooms.
• Empty waste bins and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Adhere to infection control and hygiene protocols, ensuring a safe environment.
• Report any maintenance concerns to the relevant team members.
• Follow scheduled cleaning tasks while respecting participants’ personal space.

 

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in maintenance or cleaning roles is advantageous but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of repair and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to adhere to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
