Mix It Up is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing team. The successful applicant will provide assistance to the Administration Manager.
– Process weekly payroll including checking/approval of timesheets and processing the pay run in Xero.
– Invoicing: Preparation from roster system to ensure accurate invoicing.
– Processing of invoices via system and Xero.
– Expense claims/reimbursements – process/check and pass for payment.
– Reconcile accounts receivable in Xero, identify discrepancies and resolve invoice queries from debtors.
