Nicole Swaine

Nicole Swaine
Director

Driven by making a positive difference though connecting strategy to individual team members led Nicole Swaine to establish Explore Potential Consulting in 2014. Nicole has local, national and international experience completing strategic projects and demonstrating results-driven outcomes that will benefit your organization.

Nicole’s experience in senior management, executive and director roles in multinationals, national and state based organisations as well as former CEO of one of South Australia’s largest not for profits brings a unique and valuable perspective to both individual and team development.

Nicole’s work has been highly awarded by the Telstra Business Women’s Award in two categories as well as the Australian Marketing Institute in four categories. Nicole was named as CPA’s Top 40 Leaders in Australia in 2014 and has been included on the South Australians Women’s honour role.

Sarah Goldney

Sarah Kimpton
Senior HR Advisor

Sarah is a passionate business professional who consistently provides high standard outcomes. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business (Advanced Leadership and Management) from Flinders University. Sarah’s education and experiences has equipped her to effectively support the Explore Potential Team and clients in achieving strategic objectives. Sarah’s has many years of experience in the administration/reception, secretarial positions, consulting projects, client support and human resource management roles.
David Swaine
David Swaine
HR Advisor – NDIS Specialist

David Swaine has over 25 years’ experience in leading community organisations. David, brings extensive experience and understanding of the needs of people living with disability and support organisations to provide high quality services.

In 2011 David presented at the International Symposium for Adapted Physical Activity in Paris, France outlining the extensive disability support program he developed and implemented for over 300 scosa (The Spastic Centres of SA) participants.

As Manager, Volunteers for the 2018 Special Olympics National Games David worked as a member of the Games Organising Committee sourcing, placing, training and inducting over 850 volunteers to bring the National Games alive for more than 1000 athletes across 11 sports and 300 plus events.

As Business Development Manager for Local Community Insurance Services – LCIS – David supported small, not-for-profit incorporated bodies nationally to understand their risk and insurance needs as local community based volunteer led organisations.

Most recently David worked with the YMCA SA as the Manager, Leap Disability Program. This saw a number of innovative services developed and delivered to people living with disability and their families across South Australia.

Lani Carruthers
Human Resources Administrator

Lani a dedicated professional, embarks on a new journey as an HR Administrator at Explore Potential Consulting (EPC). Currently pursuing a Diploma in HR and holding a Certificate III in Business, Lani is eager to apply her burgeoning skills to support the team and clients at EPC.

With prior experience in a trainee administrative role, Lani brings a strong foundation in administrative tasks and client support. This experience has instilled in her a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in her new role.

Motivated by a drive for personal and professional growth, Lani is excited to immerse herself in the world of HR at EPC. She is determined to learn and adapt quickly, contributing effectively to the organisation’s success.

Rochelle

Rochelle Wickramasinghe
Human Resources Advisor

With over 6 years of specialized experience in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and HR software sectors, Rochelle is dedicated to helping businesses strengthen their HR processes through advanced optimization and automation strategies. Rochelle’s expertise spans end-to-end recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement, utilizing technology to streamline operations and improve workforce efficiency.

Rochelle holds an MBA with distinction from the University of the West of Scotland, complemented by certifications in Employment Law and Organizational Psychology. This strong educational foundation, combined with extensive hands-on experience, enables her to create tailored HR solutions that not only align with business goals but also foster employee growth and operational excellence.
