Master Builders SA is on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Training Administrator to join our passionate team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting training delivery and mental health initiatives, this role could be a perfect fit.

 

🔧 About the Role

 

This is a full-time position reporting to the Training & Governance Manager. You’ll provide vital administrative support to our training programs and play a key role in the coordination of our RISE Mental Health Support Program.

 

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Coordinating training sessions and workshops

  • Managing bookings, calendars, and participant communication

  • Supporting the RISE program – including scheduling, admin, and data tracking

  • Maintaining training records and compliance documentation

  • Issuing completion certificates and digitising historical records

  • Managing department inboxes and stakeholder queries

 

✅ What You’ll Bring

  • Strong admin and customer service experience (construction industry highly regarded)

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

  • Confident with Microsoft Office and database systems

  • Friendly and professional communication style

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

 

💡 Bonus Points for:

  • Knowledge of compliance or governance in training

  • Experience with basic financial tracking or resource coordination
