We are looking for a qualified Conveyancer to join our team in a full-time capacity, working closely with our existing professionals to provide seamless, high-quality conveyancing services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and efficiently respond to client and stake holder enquiries
  • Preparation of Form ‘s for our Form 1 Company
  • Preparation of required documentation relating to various conveyancing transactions.
  • Manage all aspects of a variety property transaction, such as commercial, residential, and off-the-plan files
  • Handle settlements via Property Exchange Australia (PEXA).
  • Maintain client relations to assist with the growth of the business

 

Who We’re Looking For:

This role is ideal for a Conveyancer, File Manager who is studying the Conveyancing Course, and wants to grow and advance their skills in the industry. To be successful, you should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in general residential conveyancing.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • A team player mindset with the ability to work independently and meet KPIs.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive, resourceful approach.
  • An approachable manner to support a positive team environment.
  • The ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships.
  • A current National Police Check.
  • A valid South Australian Driver’s Licence.
