Master Builders SA is the peak industry association for the building and construction sector, committed to supporting our members through expert advice, training, and advocacy. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team and enhance our member experience.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for members, apprentices, and stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and administrative support across the organisation. Your day will involve managing member enquiries, maintaining data integrity, assisting with events, and supporting various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier customer service to members and stakeholders
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM)
• Assist with issuing member communications and certificates
• Support event and meeting preparation, including student training sessions
• Manage product delivery from our online store
• Process web enrolments in VETtrak
• Greet visitors and direct enquiries
• General administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
• Strong phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Exposure to VETtrak or similar systems is a bonus
• A positive, professional, and adaptable attitude
