Are you ready to embark on an exciting call centre career? Join V.I.P. Home Services Pty Ltd as a Telemarketer and Inbound National Support Operator, where your exceptional phone manner and friendly consultative approach will be key to success!

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 10 AM – 6 PM, offering a fantastic opportunity to become a valued member of our dynamic team, just 10 minutes from the CBD.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Handle inbound customer calls, organise bookings, and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide support to franchisees, assisting with their queries and offering relevant information.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling services and making referrals where appropriate.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to telemarketing and customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and customer details.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in an inbound and/or telemarketing role.
  • Proven customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute as a team player.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail for record-keeping.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook is desirable.
