Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Lodge and process insurance policies, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain and update client records in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Collaborate with the team on business development efforts, preparing tailored proposals and insurance quotes.
  • Manage office operations, including banking, receipting, filing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all insurance guidelines, regulations, and company procedures.

 

Experience and Training

  • Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in client-facing or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with General insurance products, claims processes, Financial Services and Legal management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Police/ASIC clearance 
  • FNSASIC315 (Tier 2 General Insurance) and FNASIC513 (Tier 1 General Insurance) or willingness to obtain these qualifications.

 

This position is part time, with the option of full time for the right candidate
