Early Childhood Education Trainer

• Conduct Engaging Training Sessions: Lead informative and interactive training sessions for students pursuing Early Childhood Education qualifications, utilising a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.

• Curriculum Delivery and Review: Deliver a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with current industry standards and best practices, ensuring that students gain both practical and theoretical knowledge.

• Provide input and support in the ongoing review of training resources.
•  
• Assess and Evaluate Student Progress: Monitor and evaluate student performance through assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and professional growth.
•  
• Create an Inclusive Learning Environment: Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.
•  
• Stay Informed on Early Childhood Education Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments, research, and trends in child care to ensure that the training provided is relevant and forward-thinking.
•  
• Mentor and Support Students: Offer guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their career goals.
•  
• Collaborate for Program Improvement: Work collaboratively with colleagues to review and enhance training programs, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in Early Childhood Education training

Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Teaching Experience: Proven experience in teaching or training, with a strong background in Early Childhood Education. 

Experience in a similar training role is highly desirable.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and professionals in the field.
