An exciting opportunity awaits you to join our client’s team as a NDIS Administration Officer in the northern suburbs of Adelaide!

As a NDIS Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless administrative operations, managing duties with professionalism and efficiency. Working closely with their Managing Director, you will oversee NDIS invoicing, claiming processes, and provide essential support to their team.
  • Collaborate closely with their Managing Director to maintain efficient administrative processes.
  • Manage receptionist duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments.
  • Prepare and dispatch NDIS invoices and claims regularly.
  • Liaise with plan managers for timely submission of invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of NDIS debtor invoicing and receipts using Xero.
  • Upload invoices to the NDIA Portal in adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

Is Experienced: With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative roles, preferably within the NDIS or healthcare sector. Receptionist experience is advantageous.
Is Organised: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
Is Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in all administrative tasks and documentation.
Is a Team Player: Collaborates effectively with colleagues and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
Is Professional: Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
