As a Telephone Customer Service Representative at The Quantified Web, you will play a crucial role in fortifying team support through regular client interaction, seamless communication facilitation, and meticulous note-taking for our technical support team. The essence of this role lies in maintaining exceptional customer service standards, embodied by a vibrant and personable team member.
  • Provide outstanding telephone customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and our technical support team.
  • Take detailed and accurate notes during client interactions to assist the technical support team in providing efficient solutions.
  • Develop a solid understanding of our digital marketing services, with a focus on ecommerce and Google Ads, to effectively address client queries.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with a preference for candidates with experience in telephone support.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and/or experience with Google Ads is an advantage.
  • Excellent telephone demeanour with strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
